I am a preferred provider for a number of insurance companies including Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Pacific Source and Aetna. Please familiarize yourself with your mental health coverage and confirm that online telehealth services continue to be covered by your carrier. Knowing your coverage will help you make an informed treatment and provider selection choice. It is best, if you call your insurance company to familiarize yourself with your mental health coverage. You may want to give them my NPI number (1578554671) in addition to my name, so the insurance representative can tell you what services are covered. Each insurance company has its own requirements for using mental health services. Even if I am not a preferred provider, you may have out-of-network benefits. My sessions are usually 45-55 minutes long, and my fees are compatible with the usual and customary charges allowed. Once we schedule an appointment and you need to cancel, please give me at least 24 hours advanced notice, so you will not be charged for the entire missed session fee.
